The Night's Watch builds data services and does not operate them. A box, a domain, a bill and an on-call rota, indefinitely, per service, is a different job from writing the thing — so several of the services below are finished, deployed on Arbitrum One, with the payment path rehearsed against real Horizon contracts, and nobody serving.
That is not a gap we are hiding. It is the offer. If you index and fancy testing one, the contracts are live, the runbooks are written, and gib onboard exists so your first hour is not wasted.
