Terms of Service

Effective October 19, 2026

Lodestar is provided by Petko Pavlovski, a sole trader, Momina Skala 1, Boyana, 1616 Sofia, Bulgaria (“we”). These terms apply when you use Lodestar or buy a subscription. You can reach us at support@lodestar-dashboard.com or through the support page.

The subscription

A subscription costs $9.99 a month, paid by card through Stripe, and gives the wallet you signed in with access to the subscriber pages for one month at a time. It renews every month until you cancel. Prices include any tax we are required to charge. If the price changes, we will tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the account page. Your access continues to the end of the month you have paid for and is not renewed. We do not refund part of a month.

As a consumer in the European Union you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a contract. Because a subscription gives you access straight away, by subscribing you ask us to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once access has begun. If we cannot provide the service you paid for, you keep every right the law gives you.

What Lodestar is

Lodestar shows data about The Graph Protocol, read from public blockchains and other sources. We work to make it accurate, but it can be late, incomplete or wrong, and it is provided as it is. Nothing on Lodestar is financial or investment advice.

Lodestar never holds your funds or keys. A transaction you sign in your wallet is your own decision, sent from your wallet to the blockchain, and cannot be reversed by us. Check what your wallet shows you before you sign.

Fair use

Do not try to get around the subscription, overload the service, or resell its data as your own product. We may suspend access that does, and will tell you why.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

Changes and law

We may change these terms. A change that affects subscribers will be announced on the site before it applies, and you can cancel if you do not accept it. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.

How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.
