Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

Lodestar is an analytics dashboard for The Graph Protocol, run by Petko Pavlovski, a sole trader at Momina Skala 1, Boyana, 1616 Sofia, Bulgaria, who is the controller of the personal data described here. Lodestar is non-custodial: it never holds your funds or your keys.

What we keep, and why

• Your wallet address, when you sign in. Signing a message proves the wallet is yours and gives your browser a session cookie for seven days. We need it to know whether you have a subscription.
• Your subscription. We store your wallet address, the date your access runs to, your Stripe subscription reference, and the email address you gave Stripe at checkout. We need these to provide what you paid for and to answer you about it.
• A note of each new subscription. When someone subscribes, the wallet address and paid-until date are posted to a private Telegram chat that only we read.
• Support reports. What you write in the support form, and any handle you leave, is sent to the same private Telegram chat so we can answer you. Lodestar does not store it anywhere else.
• Alert subscriptions. If you set up an indexer alert, we keep the indexer, the alert types and the webhook address you gave us, until you remove it.
• Usage and errors. Aggregate page views and performance figures (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights), and crash reports with your browser and device type (Sentry). We use no advertising cookies and do not follow you to other sites.
• Your IP address. Held briefly in memory to rate-limit requests, and in our hosting providers’ logs for their usual retention.

Your watchlist, saved wallets, table preferences and alert tokens stay in your own browser. On-chain data shown in the app is public blockchain data.

Payments

Card payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe is a separate controller for the data it collects; see Stripe’s privacy policy.

Legal basis

We process subscription and support data to perform our contract with you, and usage, error and IP data in our legitimate interest in running a secure and working service.

Who else processes it

Vercel (hosting and analytics), Hetzner (servers), Sentry (diagnostics), Stripe (payments) and Telegram (our private notifications). Some of these are outside the European Economic Area; transfers rely on their standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Your subscription record is kept while you subscribe and for as long afterwards as Bulgarian accounting law requires. Sessions expire after seven days. Support reports are kept in our chat until the matter is closed. Analytics and diagnostics follow the providers’ defaults.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to how we use it. Write to support@lodestar-dashboard.com, or ask through the support page or on Discord. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

Children

Lodestar is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above is the latest version, and a change that affects subscribers will be announced on the site first.
